Playing the game
To win the game you must move all the cards to the four Goal piles at the upper right - one for each suit.
That has to be done in card order, by starting with the Ace and ending with the King.
Here is how you do it:
- Moving cards: You can move cards by dragging them between the
Column piles or to the Goal piles.
- Flip cards from the Bank to the Preview: You can flip cards from the card Bank at the upper right
to the Preview pile next to it by clicking the Bank. In the settings dialog you can select to flip one
card or three cards per click. When the Bank is empty, just click it again to refill it from Preview.
- Moving cards to a Column: You can move a face-up card to a Column if the Column top card is one
higher in value and a different color. For example you could move a black 4 onto a red 5.
- Moving new cards to Columns: You can move new face-up cards from both the Preview and the Goals
to the Columns, however you can only move the top-most card from either piles.
- Moving cards to empty Columns: Only Kings can be moved to an empty Column.
- Moving cards between Columns: You can move both single cards and sets of multiple face-up cards
between the Columns. Moving a set of multiple face-up cards, work exactly as moving a single card,
except you are moving multiple cards at once.
- Moving cards to the Goals: There are sevaeral ways to move the cards to the Goal piles. In the
settings dialog you can select to let the program always find cards that are ready for the Goal.
Convenient, but the negative side is that you cannot move cards back to the Columns. So, you can also
do it yourself - either by double-clicking a single card or by dragging it to the Goal, or clicking
the button to the right of the Goal to send all of them there.
Hints:
Right-clicking a hidden card will show you its value - if you don't mind cheating a little...
If the score panel is
hiding cards in a column, you can
right-click it to move it.
Left-licking the score panel will turn on a small win/lose video in that panel. Clicking it again will close it.
Right-clicking the Exit button will show the background without any disturbing buttons and cards.
Right-clicking the background will
restore the window.
